INFORMATION

As part of the preparation for the new sports season, improvements are being made to the stadium. Therefore, it has been necessary to temporarily alter the tour route, effective from May 18, 2026.
Please note that during this period:
- Stadium-only tours are not offered;
- Stadium + Museum or Museum-only tours are offered.
- The route is not accessible to visitors in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility, as it includes areas with stairs going up and down, without elevator access.

Access will continue to be from the outside, through Gate 1/12, where the ticket office is also located, inside Gate 12, or through the underground parking via stairs 5 (next to Gate B).

The new route will be as follows:
1. Hall of Gate 12 (start of the visit)
2. Museum
3. Emerald Lounge
4. Circulation ring
5. West lawn, continuing through the technical area next to the lawn to the visitor's bench
6. Visitors' changing room

The visit ends at the same starting point.
After the tour, visitors may return to the Museum, which closes at 6 PM.

Stadium Tour & Museum Hours

Every day! *
11:00 AM | 12:00 PM | 2:00 PM | 3:00 PM | 4:00 PM | 5:00 PM

Domestic home matches: Only stadium tours are available from 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM.
European/international home matches: No tours on match day. The day before, stadium tours are only available from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Museum Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM (last entry at 5:30 PM).


Information

No appointment required; simply present your voucher at the Tour ticket office in the VIP Hall, Door 1/VIP Hall, or Parking Lot Door B. You must arrive 15 minutes in advance.
